Operational scope
The administrative workspace brings together member management, registration review, events and calendar operations, announcements and email, task boards, automation, audit history, and community settings. Each area appears only when the signed-in person has the required permission.
Members and onboarding
- Review registration applications before they become active memberships.
- Maintain member profiles, roles, active status, suspension, and reactivation according to delegated access.
- Control directory visibility and community-wide registration protection from settings.
Community operations
Administrators can schedule events, publish announcements, inspect email delivery, coordinate task boards, and configure automation. The dedicated guides explain each lifecycle and the corresponding member experience.
Administrative boundary
Administrative status is not a universal data override. Community scope, assigned permissions, membership state, and participant-only boundaries still apply. In particular, an Owner or Admin cannot open private chat conversations unless they are a participant.
