Platform
Calendar and events
Schedule community events, coordinate attendance, and see event and assigned-task dates together.
Task boards
Coordinate work linked to an event.
Automation
Understand the event cutoff for linked rules.
One schedule for community activity
The member calendar combines community event dates with due dates for tasks assigned to the signed-in member. Source filters separate events from task deadlines, and dates are grouped using the community timezone.
For administrators
- Create and edit a title, description, scheduled time, location, optional online link, and optional capacity.
- Review RSVP totals and individual responses, and email attendee groups when permitted.
- Link one active task board to an event; its name follows the event title.
- Deleting an event removes its RSVP records and archives its linked task board before removing the event.
For members
Members can browse events, open the full details, see location or online joining information, view attendance totals, and change their own RSVP. RSVP does not close automatically at capacity or at the scheduled time.
Going, Maybe, and Not going
| Response | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Going | Confirms attendance. |
| Maybe | Shows interest without a commitment. |
| Not going | Declines attendance. |
Changing an RSVP
Submitting a new response replaces the member’s prior response for that event. Capacity is displayed for planning but is not currently enforced as a reservation limit, and there is no waiting list.
Event and task-board lifecycle
An event-linked task board remains the operational history for that event. Automation treats the event’s scheduled time as its terminal cutoff: once that time is reached, linked rules are evaluated as ineligible. Deleting the event archives the board and its tasks.
